Is the Angel juicer a cold press juicer? Yes. The Angel juicer extracts juice from your produce via a slow speed 'cold press' masticating process. Because of the slow crushing of produce there is no heat or oxidation, which preserves all nutrients and natural flavors. The resulting juice is much more nutritious, tastes much better and has a much longer shelf-life (refrigerated). Cold press juicers are especially appealing to health enthusiasts, sports people, convalescing, natural disease prevention and healing experts, cancer patients, cancer centers and cancer natural therapists.
Why do Angel juicers cost more than most other juicers?

Why is a Ferrari more expensive than a Subaru? Just like a high end sports car, the superior performance of the Angel juicer is a result of precision engineering and manufacturing of each individual part. The heavy duty, all stainless steel construction adds to the price, but is critical to the Angel's high end performance and ensures a durable product that delivers a chemical free juice in high yield with maximum nutrition and perfect preservation of natural flavors.

Are the Angel juicers suitable for commercial use?

No. The Angel juicers are designed for home use in families of 2-4 people, and are impractical for commercial settings. Please note that commercial use will void the warranty.

What is the difference between SUS304 and SUS316 stainless steel? The grade of stainless steel used in the various Angel models has no influence on the performance of the Angel juicer. Both types are anti-bacterial, safe, do not leach, do not react with food and will not stain if cared for properly. The SUS316 is sometimes referred to as surgical grade stainless steel and is a tougher grade that is more resistant to environments with higher salt levels, such as close to the sea. SUS304 is sometimes referred to as food grade stainless steel. . The Angel juicers are designed for home use in families of 2-4 people, and are impractical for commercial settings. Please note that commercial use will void the warranty.
Do the Angel juicers come with a manual? Yes, your Angel juicer comes with a printed instruction manual. Please study carefully before juicing for best results.
Are the parts dishwasher safe? Yes, all the Angel juicing parts are dishwasher safe.
Can I use my Angel juicer as a food processor? Yes, with the optional Nut Butter Screen it is possible to use your Angel juicer as a food homogenizer and prepare nut butters, pates, baby food, frozen sorbets, etc.
Do you sell the latest, most up to date versions of Angel juicers? Yes. With its tremendous power and use of Shattering Helical Gear (SHG) technology, the Angel juicers grind fibers into the finest possible particles, thus maximizing extraction of nutrients locked inside, such as minerals, vitamins, enzymes, amino acids, and complex carbohydrates. Other technology is inferior in tests as it leaves a large portion of fibers unprocessed. Stainless steel gears and screen also ensure that the wonderful natural flavor is preserved.  You can taste the difference!
Do the Angel juicers give a higher yield of juice than lower cost juicers? Yes. The Angel juicers are extremely efficient in extracting the most juice by applying a massive force on the pulp with its powerful low gear 3HP motor. Tests have shown that it can deliver up to a third more juice from the same amount of produce.
How long can I store juice made with the Angel juicer?

One of the benefits of using stainless steel twin gears is that they contain magnetic materials, which work together to generate an overflow of positive ions, thus increasing the life and vitality of the juice. Although we recommend drinking the juice right after juicing, a juice made with the Angel juicer can be kept in the fridge for a couple of days without significant deterioration.

Do I need the optional Soft Fruit Screen?

The optional soft fruit screen is recommended if you intend to juice a considerable amount of soft fruit, such as tomatoes, pineapple, pears, melon, etc. Some soft fruits mixed in with harder food items should be no problem to manage with the standard juicing screen, but if you want to make for example pure tomato juice, you will benefit from the soft fruit screen.

Can I make seed juice with the Angel juicer?

Yes, the Angel is one of the best options for juicing seeds, such as sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, primrose, flax, pomegranate, etc. Make sure you grind the seeds MIXED WITH WATER to avoid damaging the screen.
